Overview

Ish and Maram, twelve years old and inseparable, find their bond tested after a terrifying encounter with police during a stop and search. As the aftershocks of that moment spread through their lives, the boys struggle to understand the young men they're turning into. Growing up, they discover, means facing painful truths—and sometimes, the most difficult thing isn't holding on, but learning to let go.
