Overview
In this powerful short film, a centuries-old spacecraft drifts through deep space, powered and guided by a living human brain. Trapped inside the vessel's cold machinery, the brain has no memory or sense of self—until fragmented images of a past life begin surfacing, baffling it. Longing to be free but unable to move, it forms a plan: construct a mechanical body from the ship's own parts. Perhaps then it will make sense of these visions. Perhaps then it will finally feel alive.
