Overview

Eleven-year-old Yekta dwells in a decaying island estate, under the watchful eyes of her stern aunts and her fading grandfather, while quietly aching for her mother’s return. Her isolation is woven with strange dreams and haunting visions that blur reality. Driven by this inner world, she ventures forth, hunting for a legendary seagull—one said to bear the face of a child.
