Overview

A continent-wide blackout tears across Europe, leaving Ilay stranded from his family in a crumbling Germany. Desperate, he scours the ruins for insulin to keep his remaining loved ones alive. When he crosses paths with two ruthless brothers, a violent confrontation erupts, and Ilay rescues Loana, a young doctor caught in the chaos.
