The Soundman
Overview
In May 1940, with Europe teetering on the edge of conflict, fate brings two strangers together inside Brussels' storied Flagey building—the vibrant core of the nation's broadcasting. Elza, an aspiring actress stepping into her first radio role, crosses paths with Berre, a brilliant sound engineer whose talent lies in capturing the world through audio. She dreams in narratives; he lives through acoustics. Their meeting ignites a tender romance, one that refuses to be silenced by the encroaching darkness of their era.
