Eid

Overview

Eid, a young Bedouin from Rahat, spends his nights on Skype with Dounia, a married Arab actress in Paris. She is his audience and his muse for a play he's writing about his own life. When his parents push him into an arranged marriage with a stranger, Eid fears his dream will slip away. Determined to rewrite his destiny, he sets out to control the ending of his play—and his story—even if he must tell it to an empty room.
