Richie returns to work following his paternity leave, leaving Mitch and Alice anxious about managing without him. However, Richie is preoccupied with his clueless new assistant, Billy (Jonny Sweet). After enduring a chaotic first day back, Richie arrives home drained, only to clash with Mitch over his lack of recognition as a domestic hero.
