Title: Smoke on the Daughter Plot: After a particularly tough day at work, Claudia succumbs to the temptation of a co-worker's cigarette, which spirals into a full-blown habit. Determined to hide her smoking from Sean and the children, she struggles to keep her secret, but Lily catches her in the act. In exchange for silence, Lily demands a new cell phone, and Claudia reluctantly agrees. Misinterpreting Claudia's odd behavior, Sean surprises her with a lavish armoire she admired at the flea market. As Claudia's desperation leads her to rummage through trash outside Brad O'Keefe's window, she vows to quit smoking for good. Meanwhile, after arranging a date with Dean on her phone, Lily is mortified when he overhears her enthusiastic remarks about him.
