Following his brave actions in thwarting a terrorist attack, troubled war veteran and Metropolitan Police officer, Sergeant David Budd, is assigned as the lead protection officer for the home secretary, the Rt Hon Julia Montague MP. Budd, who serves in the Royalty and Specialist Protection Branch (RaSP), confronts the challenges of his new role while grappling with his past experiences.
