Marcia starts a new after-school job at an ice cream shop, leaving her with barely any time for her boyfriend. Frustrated by her absence, he shows up at the parlor with another girl. In the meantime, Marcia thinks of hiring Peter, but when he slacks off, she ends up having to let him go.
