In an attempt to ease the situation, Kelly begins flirting with Dylan. Billy is taken aback when he realizes that Theresa is showing interest in him. Dylan hits Billy with a significant proposal. Jake remains persistent in his quest to assist Matt. Kelly orchestrates a scheme to undermine Brooke. Throughout it all, Dylan is focused on advancing his band’s prospects.
