After indulging in excessive drinking at a bachelor party, despite promising Lois he wouldn’t, Peter finds himself fired from the Happy-go-Lucky toy factory due to his hangover. In an attempt to make ends meet, he applies for welfare but accidentally receives a check for $150,000 instead. When Lois discovers the truth, Peter hatches a plan to return the money by dropping it from a blimp during the Super Bowl. His stunt leads to his arrest, prompting his family to step in and help him out of the situation.
