At the same time, Ally grapples with the challenges of turning thirty. Seeking solace, she heads to church in search of divine guidance but encounters a furious Reverend Newman, who is frustrated with women who only seek God during their romantic troubles. Ally's visit to a plastic surgeon leads to even more troubling outcomes.
