Episode Overview
A Russian Naval Officer arrives to train with McHale's PT Boat crew but quickly becomes frustrated with the 73 Crew's unruly behavior and requests a transfer to a different crew. However, when Binghamton learns that the crew the officer wants to join is set to be deployed to Russia, he persuades him to remain with McHale's team. Faced with this challenge, McHale and his crew must devise a clever strategy to navigate the predicament.
