Cheeky Angel S02E02 - The Children of Israel

Episode Overview

Upon returning to Nottingham, the Sheriff travels through Sherwood Forest. Will, believing Robin's plan to ambush the Sheriff is insufficient, decides to launch a surprise attack with only Little John, Nasir, and Friar Tuck. The attempt goes awry, resulting in Tuck sustaining severe injuries, which infuriates Robin even more, especially after witnessing the locals' indifferent attitude towards Tuck's plight. Meanwhile, in Nottingham, Joshua De Talmont, a Jewish moneylender, confronts the Sheriff over a debt. Unhappy about being pressured for repayment, the Sheriff ominously hints to Guy about inciting anti-Jewish sentiments in Nottingham, reminiscent of the unrest elsewhere.
