Episode Overview

In a fit of anger, Kirby confronts Alexis, demanding to know the true reason behind her father’s assassination attempt. Overcome with rage, Kirby attempts to choke Alexis. Meanwhile, Steven discovers a social worker rummaging through his apartment and firmly tells her to leave. This incident later becomes a point of contention during the custody trial, where the social worker describes Steven's actions as typical of a homosexual response. Steven's attorney and roommate, Chris Deegan, highlights Blake's history of violence against gay men, exposing his deep-seated biases. Alexis reveals that Blake bought the baby from Sammy Jo. When Blake loses his temper and lashes out at her, the judge reprimands him and calls for a recess.
