Episode Overview

George collaborates with his fiancée Winky to pen letters to isolated soldiers, while Cecil becomes involved with the Needlework Guild to provide them with cozy garments. Meanwhile, Bert struggles to win Agnes's affection by attempting to join their efforts, as all the women have declared a sex strike in support of the troops. To Cecil's dismay, he discovers that his effigy has been chosen to burn on the bonfire during the Guy Fawkes night festivities.
