After a WASP submarine is destroyed, Troy and Phones are dispatched to uncover the truth behind the incident. Their mission takes a turn when they are seized by a colossal enemy submarine shaped like a massive fish, leading them to the submerged city of Titanica. It is here that they encounter Titan for the very first time.
