Pepper Ann decides to skip school on Friday, feigning illness to avoid an algebra test for which she hasn't prepared. However, she soon discovers that every day feels like Friday, allowing her to dodge responsibilities. As the endless Fridays continue, Pepper Ann realizes she can't hide from her problems forever and ultimately faces the consequences of her choices.
