Merlin is rescued from a fearsome winged creature by a brave young man named Lancelot, who aspires to be a Knight of Camelot. Grateful for his help, Merlin creates fake documentation to prove Lancelot's noble lineage, allowing him to be accepted into the ranks. However, with the Griffin still at large, Merlin's choice may lead to unforeseen repercussions not only for Lancelot but also for the safety of Camelot itself.
