The World Is Dancing

Overview
In 1374, as the long war between the Northern and Southern Courts raged on, a boy named Oniyasha was born into a family of sarugaku performers. He lived in quiet melancholy, haunted by one stubborn question: Why do people dance? But everything shifted the day he saw a dance he knew was “good.” This is the tale of the beautiful youth who would grow to shape Noh theater and become known as Zeami.
