Title: Raffle Ruckus Plot: Hair Bear proposes to Mr. Peevly that a raffle could raise funds for new supplies at the zoo. To everyone's surprise, Hair Bear wins and finds himself in charge of the zoo. He quickly discovers the challenges of managing the facility and meeting the needs of his fellow animals. However, when Hair Bear realizes Mr. Peevly has been manipulating the situation, he devises a plan to help the other animals escape from the zoo.
