Gimme a Break! S02E02 - Brother Ed and the Hooker

Episode Overview

At the bowling alley, the Chief encounters Maxine, a former escort known for exposing corrupt cops. When Ed arrives and introduces Carl to Maxine, the two quickly connect. However, the Chief is displeased to learn that Ed and Maxine have moved in together, voicing his concerns about his brother cohabiting with an ex-prostitute, even though she plans to leave that life behind. Ultimately, Ed asserts his independence, and Carl comes to terms with Ed and Maxine's relationship, accepting their living arrangement.
