Episode Overview

Misaki reminds Chiwa that she alone has what it takes to stand by Hokuto. Hokuto believes Misaki's plans could help them recover some of what was lost when Rene Claire went bankrupt, yet he can also sense that something is troubling Chiwa. Meanwhile, Yu launches a new venture and invites Chiwa to join him. When Hokuto spots the two together, jealousy flares, deepening the rift between him and Chiwa—just as her birthday draws near.
