Julius receives orders to infiltrate a soirée hosted by Count Parnilla's family, and he requests Elsa to pose as his wife for the occasion. Nervous about her first high-society event, Elsa leans on Rebeka and Hannes for guidance, managing to carry herself with the dignity expected of a ducal spouse. When she finds herself briefly alone, a heavily intoxicated man approaches her, clearly singling her out. What seems like a random encounter, however, is actually a carefully orchestrated move in Jarmo's larger plan.
