Episode Overview

T.C.'s girlfriend, Sandy, becomes the target of a notorious serial rapist known as "The Daystalker." As the Bike Patrol launches their investigation, they clash with a strict detective who insists on her own methods for tackling the case. Worried that the Daystalker might flee to another location before they're able to apprehend him, Cory steps up to serve as bait for a trap, as the situation escalates and the attacker shifts from rapist to killer. Meanwhile, Elvis encounters a voodoo curse from a Rastafarian vendor at the boardwalk. When he uncovers that Victor orchestrated the ensuing bizarre occurrences, Elvis manages to pass the hex onto Victor instead.
