Eduard Streltsov, a talented and beloved rising star in Soviet football, seems to have it all at just twenty—fame, love, and the nation's hopes pinned on him for victory at the World Cup against the legendary Pelé. Just two days before the team’s departure, however, his rivals conspire to sabotage his career, leaving him on the brink of obscurity. Faced with overwhelming odds, Streltsov must fight to reclaim his place in the sport and demonstrate that he truly deserves the admiration of his country and the title of champion.
