Overview

In 1920, amidst the turmoil of Poltava, Ukraine, a pioneering Soviet experiment took root: the nation's inaugural colony for homeless street boys. This is the tale of those defiant youths, a band of wild, untamed spirits. Their story unfolds through the colony's director, a man who believed in a radical path to redemption.
