Overview

Gülşen and Bülent’s story begins in a classroom where she’s the prettiest, wealthiest girl, and he’s the hardest-working student, scraping by with little. Bülent lives with his elderly tambourine-playing teacher, and together they perform at night spots, with Bülent as the lead singer. Bitter over his dedication, his classmates hatch a scheme: anonymous love letters signed with Gülşen’s name. But the prank backfires when Gülşen’s feelings become real, turning make-believe into a heartfelt romance.
