Overview

Rashdan runs a diving business and shares his life with his wife, Sakinah, and their daughter, Nisa. Raised on ancestral superstitions, Rashdan clings to old beliefs, while Sakinah, a medical graduate, trusts science and the power of prayer. When Nisa misses straight A’s in her SPM trial exam, Rashdan panics—he dreams of her studying abroad. Urged by his assistant, Alam, he drags Sakinah and Nisa across the country hunting for amulets to boost Nisa’s results. Yet every shaman they visit turns out to be a fraud, deceiving them without helping Nisa at all.
