Florida Justice Transitions houses 120 registered sex offenders, who face strict residency laws preventing them from living near schools and parks. As a result, many find themselves in dire circumstances, residing under bridges or in remote areas. One such refuge is the Palace Mobile Home Park, infamously dubbed Pervert Park.
