Overview

In Republican-era Shanghai, a band of disillusioned filmmakers is summoned to a lavish estate to adapt a brutal murder that has shaken the city into a sensational picture. They dream of fame and fortune, but soon discover their terrifying reality: the killer walks among them. The truth they uncover is far stranger, and more twisted, than any script they could have penned.
