Overview

Lam, an agent played by Tony Leung, is on the hunt for counterfeit plates used to forge American currency. After locating them, he’s swindled by two mysterious US Embassy officials, Owen and JJ, played by Richie Ren and Shu Qi. The chase leads him to Korea, where he navigates Seoul’s flashy yet perilous streets. There, Lam clashes with the Polar Bear, a ruthless crime lord who runs Asia’s most powerful counterfeiting empire.
