Overview

Henry Moon faces execution after a posse apprehends him while fleeing to Mexico on a broken-down horse. In a twist of fate, he discovers a quirky post-Civil War law in the small town where he is held. It states that a single or widowed woman can rescue him from the noose by agreeing to marry him.
