Overview

Fresh out of journalism school, Nick Beaulieu heads back to Omaha, Nebraska, planning to cover the city's growing racial justice protests. But his real mission is personal: he wants to bridge the divide with his father, Randy, a die-hard Trump supporter. That urgency intensifies when Randy receives a devastating stage-4 cancer diagnosis, forcing Nick to confront their fractured relationship before time runs out.
