Overview

Officer Li Hongqi, an upright cop from the Northeast, stumbles onto a web of local thugs trafficking in pornography. As he digs deeper, he uncovers a ruthless syndicate that uses drugs to control and exploit women, brazenly taunting the police. Refusing to back down, Li Hongqi vows to dismantle their operation and wipe out this cancerous filth from his streets once and for all.
