Overview

Nevia, a seventeen-year-old trapped in a Naples trailer park, sees the arrival of a traveling circus as her one-way ticket out of poverty. Desperate to escape her stifling life, she boldly joins the troupe, hoping the sawdust and spotlight will offer a new beginning. But as she trades her cramped trailer for a life on the road, she discovers that running away might just lead her into a different kind of cage.
