Overview

Finding a dream isn't easy when you're young, but Mugiko already has hers: becoming an anime voice actress. While saving for classes and working part-time at a manga shop, she shares an apartment with her gambler older brother, still reeling from their father's death. Then her estranged mother appears out of nowhere and moves in, much to Mugiko's irritation. But the woman vanishes just as suddenly, leaving Mugiko—nicknamed "Sweet Pea"—desperate for answers. Tracking her mother back to her hometown, she uncovers the truth about the dream her mother once abandoned.
