Overview

A lodger in a run-down 1920s boarding house stumbles upon the landlady committing a shocking crime. Instead of being repelled, he becomes consumed with a twisted obsession for her. Believing that murder is the ultimate proof of devotion, he devises a plan to eliminate a fellow tenant, hoping his gruesome act will win her affection and cement their bond in blood.
