Amidst a spate of unsolved heists, authorities grant Commander Clara Damico the authority to dismantle a well-organized criminal gang. Central to the operation is Manual Makarov, a notorious crime lord locked away for twelve years. In a bold move, Clara offers him a chance at freedom in return for his assistance, but Makarov rebuffs her offer. Faced with no alternatives, she resorts to coercion, determined to extract the information needed to bring down the gang and restore order.
