George endures relentless bullying from his classmates until he reaches a breaking point and retaliates violently. Wrongly blamed, his loyal friend Blaise is imprisoned in a psychiatric facility for seven years. Upon his release, Blaise discovers that George is his only true connection, but George has turned his back on their past. Instead, he joins the “Chivers,” a gang with a peculiar culture that includes red jackets, milk-drinking, and a bizarre, aggressive game combining cricket and math. Blaise must navigate this new reality while grappling with his loyalty to George.
