Alex To Tak-Wai (杜德偉) is a prominent Hong Kong singer and actor, born Alejandro Delfino to Filipino vocalist Ollie Delfino and Chinese songstress Zhang Lu (張露). To's musical journey began in 1986 with the launch of his debut Cantonese album, Zhi Xiang Liu Xia (只想留下), which quickly established him as a rising star in the Cantopop scene. His popularity soared even further in 1990 when he released his first Mandarin album, Tan Qing Shuo Ai (談情說愛), in Taiwan, showcasing his versatility and broadening his appeal across different Chinese-speaking regions.
