Stephanie D'Abruzzo
Biography
Stephanie D'Abruzzo, born on December 7, 1971, has been an integral part of the Sesame Street team since 1993, showcasing her talents as a puppeteer. Over the years, she has portrayed numerous background characters and lent her voice to a variety of musical pieces. Although her contributions to the Muppets are significant, D'Abruzzo rose to prominence as one of the original cast members in the acclaimed puppet musical Avenue Q. In this production, she brought to life the beloved characters of Kate Monster and Lucy the Slut, earning her widespread recognition and acclaim. Her dual expertise in puppetry and singing has solidified her status in the world of children's entertainment and theater.
