Ross Kemp, born on July 21, 1964, in Barking, Essex, England, is a distinguished actor and documentary filmmaker. Raised in a family with diverse career backgrounds—his mother Jean was a hairdresser and his father John served as a police officer with the Metropolitan Police—Ross developed a passion for performance at an early age.
