Sofia Margareta Götschenhjelm Helin, born on April 25, 1972, in Hovsta, Närke, Örebro, is a prominent Swedish actress celebrated for her compelling performances in film and television. After honing her craft at Calle Flygare Theatre School from 1994 to 1996, she graduated from the prestigious Theater Academy in Stockholm in 2001, marking the beginning of a successful acting career.
Helin gained significant recognition for her role as Mia in the critically acclaimed film "Masjävlar" (Dalecarlians) in 2004, which earned her a nomination for the prestigious Guldbagge Award. Her portrayal in this film marked a pivotal moment in her career, establishing her as a talented actress in Swedish cinema.
