David Chang
Biography
David Chang is an American culinary entrepreneur, writer, podcaster, and television figure. He established the Momofuku restaurant collective, which has gained widespread acclaim in the food industry. Notably, in 2009, Momofuku Ko received two Michelin stars, an honor it has successfully maintained every year thereafter.
