Bryan Leung Kar-yan (Chinese: 梁家仁), born on January 20, 1949, is a distinguished Hong Kong actor and film director renowned for his contributions to martial arts cinema. He began his career with Shaw Brothers Studios in 1974, where he quickly formed a strong friendship with fellow martial artist Sammo Hung. Hung has often praised Leung’s extraordinary talent, noting his ability to master various kung fu styles and complex choreographies with remarkable speed.
