Biography

Edward is a talented Egyptian actor who initially embarked on his artistic journey as a singer and guitarist with the band Gypsy, where he also took on the role of a producer for many of their music videos. His acting career took off when renowned director Osama Fawzy cast him in a minor role in the film "Beyheb El Cinema," which opened doors for Edward to secure additional roles, including a notable part as "Mahmoud Hamida" in 2004.

Known for his ability to portray supporting and sidekick characters, Edward has appeared in various films such as "Leila Alawi," "Bahebak wa Bamoot Fik," "Kalaam fi al Hob," "Gaaletny Mogrem," and "Fi Mohatat Masr." He has also showcased his comedic talent in the television sitcom "El Ayada." In 2013, he starred alongside Ahmed Helmy in the comedy "Ala Gothty" (Over My Dead Body), further solidifying his presence in the Egyptian entertainment industry.
