Sirena Irwin
Biography
Sirena Irwin was raised in various locations across the United States and internationally. Her mother, Margaret Irwin-Brandon, is a talented harpsichordist as well as the conductor of a Baroque Orchestra, while her father, John Irwin, a physicist with a colorful history that included a period as a drop-out hippie, eventually settled at Stanford University. Sirena's passion for the performing arts blossomed during her time at Northfield Mount Hermon boarding school, where she discovered her love for theater. She later pursued her education at San Francisco State University, earning degrees in Theater and International Relations.
After gaining recognition as part of a well-known sketch comedy troupe in San Francisco, she made her way to Los Angeles. There, her exceptional skills in voice and accents quickly opened doors in the animation industry. Sirena's talent led her to a flourishing career as a voice director, a path guided by her mentor, Andrea Romano. Her impressive work in animation culminated in an Emmy nomination in 2021, marking a significant milestone in her professional journey. With a diverse background and a passion for storytelling, Sirena continues to make her mark in the world of voice acting and direction.
