Richard Colin Brake, born on November 30, 1964, is a talented actor hailing from Wales. He made his cinematic debut in the film Death Machine, which was released in 1994. Brake gained further recognition for his role as Joe Chill in the acclaimed Batman Begins, which came out in 2005.
